Few words about me
Ever since I was a little girl I loved drawing, painting, music and recitation. Although I clearly had an artistic soul slumbering inside me, my parents were not very supportive of my dreams and I could not follow the path of an artistic career.
I studied biology, started doing photography, homeschooled my three children, was an elementary school teacher. Thanks to a couple of my sons' diagnoses, I got to study alternative pedagogy and delved into psychology. Curiosity and a desire to learn are qualities that have never left me throughout my life, and I believe they never will. :-)
Once, during a life crisis, I stumbled upon art therapy and began to remember how music always gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes, how the world ceased to exist when I stood on stage and recited, how I lost track of time when I painted... So I started creating again, enrolled in art therapy classes, started to come back to myself.
Today I am no longer ashamed of my complicated life journey, it's quite the opposite. I am grateful for it. I know that everything that came my way had a purpose. And also that often it is the painful experiences that make us grow the most as individuals.
I'm an advocate of a holistic approach, so I see the person as a whole, body-mind-spirit, and I know that everything is connected to everything. My wish is to use the knowledge and experience I have gained, share it, and show others the way to transform into the best version of themselves.
